Thank you for shopping with Unplog. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders, the carriers we use, estimated delivery times, and how shipping responsibilities and risk are handled. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We currently ship within the United States only.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed by Unplog from our Miami, [STATE] location.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. During launches, promotions, high-demand periods, or supply constraints, processing may take longer. We will do our best to notify you of significant delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using nationally recognized third-party carriers: DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for any given order is selected at our discretion based on destination, package size, service level, and availability.
Important: Once we hand your package to the carrier, the carrier is solely responsible for the transportation, handling, routing, and final delivery of your order. All movement of the package — including scanning, sorting, transit, customs (where applicable), and delivery to your address — is performed by the carrier and is outside Unplog's possession and control.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

Free shipping on all orders over $20Â (after discounts, before tax).

For orders of $20 or less, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the real carrier rate to your delivery address. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises.

Any available shipping speeds (e.g., standard or expedited) and their costs are displayed at checkout based on your address.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an order is canceled before shipment or where an item arrived damaged or defective (see our Return & Refund Policy).

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times (after processing) vary by carrier and service level and are provided by the carrier, not by Unplog:

Standard: typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Expedited: typically 1–3 business days, where available.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and may have limited service options.
All delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends entirely on the carrier. Unplog does not guarantee any specific delivery date and is not responsible if the carrier delivers outside the estimated window.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Tracking information is generated and updated by the carrier. Unplog has no control over the accuracy, timing, or availability of tracking scans and updates.

If tracking shows no movement, please allow additional time and contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to help point you in the right direction.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Unplog is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. Refunds for such orders, if any, will exclude original shipping costs.

Please double-check your address before completing your order; we can usually only correct an address beforethe order ships.

7. Risk of Loss, Delays, and Carrier Responsibility
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. From that point forward, the package is in the carrier's custody and the carrier is responsible for its safe and timely delivery.
Unplog is not liable for, and does not control:

Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, high volume, operational issues, strikes, customs, or other events beyond our control;

Lost, misrouted, or stolen packages while in the carrier's possession or after the carrier marks an item as delivered;

"Delivered but not received" packages, including packages stolen from a porch, mailbox, or other location after carrier delivery; or
These matters are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Where a package is delayed, lost, or stolen in transit, your remedy is generally a claim with the carrier, and we will provide reasonable assistance and documentation to support your claim.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We want you to have a great experience, so here's how we help even though shipping is handled by the carrier:

Damaged or defective on arrival: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at juandavidcures@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy — at no extra cost to you.

Lost in transit (no delivery scan): If tracking shows your package has not arrived and appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help open a claim with the carrier. Resolution timelines are set by the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received / stolen after delivery: Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is considered delivered. Unplog is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and contacting them on your behalf where possible.
We are not obligated to refund or replace orders lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we review these situations case by case as a courtesy.

9. Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple items may, at our discretion, ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

10. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Any future international shipping terms (including duties, taxes, and customs) will be posted here when available.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
